Opening hours
The Centre is open every weekday from 6am to 9.45pm & 7am to 6pm at the weekends. Bank holidays are reduced hours 8am to 4pm (pool closes at 3pm), with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day when we are closed.
Last admission is 1 hour before the activity area closes.

How to Find Aspire
The Aspire National Training Centre is in the grounds of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, Middlesex. The Centre can be reached via the main hospital entrance in Brockley Hill (the A5 road to Edgware) or from a separate entrance in Wood Lane (Wood Lane gates close at 6.30pm).
