Aspire Channel Swimmers Don't forget to enter our Swim Hat Competition! Just email us a photo of yourself in your swim hat in an odd location or funny situation and you could be a winner! Check out some of the entries so far.

Over 5,000 people took part in the Aspire Channel Swim this year and so far we have raised over £290,019! The money is still rolling in and we are on track to hit our target of £400,000! The Aspire Channel Swim will be back in 2012 so we hope to see you all again. If you have not been part of this amazing event before, please see below for information about how it works.

How to get started

Register online at www.aspirechannelswim.co.uk or email swim@aspire.org.uk or call 0800 0370 880.
Once you've registered, we'll send you your Personal Record Card and Sponsorship Forms.
Remember to record the number of lengths you swim every time you visit the pool.
When you have completed the Channel distance, collect your sponsorship money and send it, and your Record Card, back to us.
Congratulate yourself on a job well done!
