Today is UK Spinal Cord Injuries Awareness Day and Aspire, along with The Back-Up Trust, Spinal Injuries Association, Spinal Injuries Scotland and Spinal Research, has launched a new website to raise awareness of spinal cord injury. The website, Every Eight Hours, offers information about spinal cord injury, videos from people living with the condition as well as how you can get involved and information about the charities.
