Fundraiser of the Month
Nikki falls for Aspire
You won’t need us to tell you that it's not been the best of summers. Amazingly, and despite the weather, a number of Aspire supporters have still managed to throw themselves out of aircraft all in the name of fundraising.

On 16th August Nikki Hulse found a gap in the clouds as she leapt into the air 10,000 feet above Oxfordshire. After around 25 seconds experiencing the pure adrenaline rush of freefall, her instructor pulled the cord and they both floated safely to the ground.
Nikki chose to raise funds for Aspire after being involved in a serious accident two years ago:
I had a car accident and broke my back. After being screwed back together I am now totally fixed and lucky enough not to need the help of ASPIRE. But lots of people aren't nearly as fortunate, so I decided to do my bit to help and thought what better way than jumping out of a plane at 10,000ft!
I did my Skydive on Aug 16th and it was the most amazing thing I have ever done! I had the biggest grin on my face for about two weeks after and the whole experience was that much more special because I knew I was raising money for a very worthy cause. I can't recommend it enough and hope to do it all again next year!
Feeling inspired? Aspire is able to arrange skydives on almost any weekend of the year, at locations around the UK. For further information or to reserve you place email andrew.ogierman@aspire.org.uk, or call 020 8420 8951.
