Aspire is delighted that following our recent assessment it was confirmed that we continue to meet the 'Investors in People' Standard.

The assessment report highlighted areas where the organisation does well and also areas for improvement.  The assessor said, "According to its staff, Aspire is a great place to work and people really enjoy working for an organisation who they believe genuinely care about, and wants to support, both them and service users".

It went on to say, "Aspire has clearly demonstrated that it is committed to investing in its people and has effective strategies in place to ensure that people are encouraged to take an active part in the development of the organisation and contribute to its success."

Tasha Webster, Director of Operations and the person responsible for HR at Aspire, is delighted with the achievement.  "Aspire have held Investors in People recognition for over 10 years now, it is an important business improvement tool. A wide selection of our staff and volunteers, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years, were interviewed as part of the review process and as always their feedback on how we can continue to improve is incredibly valuable."
