What better way to celebrate the arrival of summer than by completing your first tandem skydive? That is what our fundraising star for June thought, which is why Tina chose to freefall from 10,000 feet over Oxfordshire before floating safely to the ground and heading for the local pub.

Tina says of her experience, “I had always wanted to do a parachute jump but never quite plucked up the courage. It was great to be able to complete one of my life ambitions and also raise a few pounds for Aspire.”

Tina did more than raise a few pounds; she smashed her original fundraising target of £400 and has currently raised more than double that amount, with sponsorship still arriving.
