London Marathon 2009

Sunday 26th April will see 16 committed Aspire supporters take to the streets in the Flora London Marathon. They have already dedicated the last few months to training and fundraising in what for many will be their first (and possibly only) ever marathon.

The Aspire team, comprising 13 men and 3 women, come from diverse backgrounds, all with their own personal reasons for supporting the charity. Their combined efforts will raise in excess of £25,000 for Aspire.

It would be unfair to single out any one runner as they have all worked so hard preparing for the big occasion. All at Aspire would therefore like to wish;

Andrew, Anthea, Colm, Harry, Jake, Jamie, Juan, Louise, Lynsey, Matt, Michael, Nick, Paul D, Paul S, Rob and Tom

all the very best for Sunday as they participate in one of the world's great sporting events. Not forgetting Anthony who on the same day will be running the Hamburg marathon.
