If you can’t decide whether to SWIM, BIKE or RUN to support Aspire, then why not combine all three? 

Next year we have a few places in the Virgin Active London Triathlon, so why not put yourself to the test and enter as an individual or a team of three? If you enter as a team, each person needs to complete one discipline.

You can compete in the:

• Super Sprint (400m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run) 
• Sprint (750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run)
• Full Olympic (1,500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run) 
   

To register for this exciting challenge we ask that you pay a £50 registration fee and then pledge to raise a minimum of £500, as an individual, or £750 for a team. In return we will offer lots of training advice and fundraising tips, an Aspire t-shirt for you to wear on the day and all the support you need to ensure you reach your triathlon goal.
