Saracens Rugby Club have thrown their weight behind the Remember A Charity Week campaign.  Captain & second row Steve Borthwick, and hookers Schalk Brits and Ethienne Reynecke, attended an impromptu touchline tea party, to kick-off the awareness week.

Last weekend 20 of Aspire’s hardiest swimmers took to the waters of Llyn Gwnant at the foot of Mount Snowdon to take part in the inaugural Snowdonia Swim Challenge.

The Spinal Injuries Centre in Rookwood Hospital, Cardiff, is set to be closed by next April. The Centre will be moved to another hospital site nearby.
