Aspire wins major Accessible IT Award

Aspire has been awarded a major European IT Award for our Assistive Technology programme. The Access IT award, for Assistive Technology Use, is fantastic recognition of the vital work that our Services team provides in Spinal Injury Centres across the UK.  

Aspire beat off competition from over 1,000 other organisations from across Europe which just shows how well received our work is. Chris Field, Aspire's Head of Fundraising and Marketing, collected the award at a Microsoft sponsored event where the winners of the other categories, including the BBC, were also honoured.

Aspire knows that everyone, regardless of the level of their injury, can independently use a computer. Our work ensures that this is possible for those in Spinal Injury Centres and we'll be building on our recent successes to continue to develop and improve the programme.
