ANTC is 'Highly Commended'
We're delighted to reveal that the Aspire National Training Centre recently achieved Quest accreditation with a ‘Highly Commended' rating.
Quest is a tool for continuous improvement, designed primarily for the management of leisure facilities. By signing up to Quest, Aspire is committed to ensuring that we're always looking for new and improved ways of working, as well as being able to benefit from the depth of knowledge and experience brought to us through the assessment process.
Mike Tebutt, our Quest assessor, was impressed with Aspire's first time through the process:
"It [Aspire National Training Centre] has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and has been working towards achieving Quest registration for the past eighteen months. The Centre has gained a very creditable score."
The particular areas of strength highlighted by Mike were in people management, marketing, customer care and programme development. He was particularly impressed by the Centre’s accessibility for disabled people and our integrated approach to services.
Tasha Dyson, Aspire’s Head of Operations, is justifiably proud of the result, but already looking to build on this success:
"This is a fantastic achievement for the team and a reflection of the hard work, commitment and enthusiasm shown by all our staff throughout the year. We will now strive to improve on our score to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service our customers."
