Aspire Assistive Technology volunteer, Mike Lennard, has been working with us for a number of years now. We first met Mike when we was working with a patient at the Spinal Injury Centre in Salisbury.

Mike is currently evaluating the usefulness of a hands-free Bluetooth headset for people with high level spinal cord injuries.

We are delighted to announce that the staff at Salisbury Spinal Injury Centre have honoured Mike with an Unsung Hero award for all the volunteering work that he does for them. Aspire would like to offer our congratulations to Mike too!

Look out for an announcement in 2012 regarding some work Mike has been doing for us on a 'Top Secret' project that is very exciting!
