Join Team Aspire for this cross continental swim from Europe to Asia at the end of August, navigating one of the busiest shipping channels in the world.

Follow in the wake of Lysander and Lord Byron as you complete this iconic swim with truly classical roots, The Victory Day Hellespont race is possibly the Oldest swim in the world. Officially swum for the first time by poet, Lord Byron in 1810, the swim has become a ‘Must Do’ for many open water swimmers

The 4.5km or so can be challenging, with strong currents and potentially choppy water. You should be a confident open water swimmer. The shipping lanes are closed while the swim takes place and there is of course full safety support throughout.

Deposit with minimum sponsorship will be required to take part.
