If you or a family member or friend has a spinal cord injury and need our help or advice, please contact the appropriate team. We will keep this page updated to let you know in what capacity our Services are currently operating.

Welfare Benefits Advice:

Available as normal Monday to Friday and will respond within two working days.

If you are worried about the effect of the coronavirus crisis on your benefits and money read our FAQs

Money Matters

Our Money Matters specialist is available as normal.

Housing Advice:

Unfortunately we have reached capacity and so we have made the difficult decision to close the service to new referrals so we can continue to support our existing clients. Anyone previously referred, whether they have been in recent contact with us or not, will be considered an existing case.  Please take a look at our updated FAQs for further information.

Independent Living Advice and Assistive Technology

Our Independent Living and Assistive Technology Services are based within the Spinal Injury Centres and are therefore currently unable to operate, as hospitals are reducing interactions on the wards. For the time being, if you have any urgent enquiries, please email [email protected].

Further information:

If you would like more information about the Coronavirus epidemic and how it may affect you then please take a look at our partner charity SIA’s website as they will be posting regular updates.
