Reporting Disrepair

Aspire is committed to ensuring that it maintains its properties to a high standard.  We also expect our tenants to keep their home in good repair.

To report a repair please contact your Housing Association in the first instance.  Details on how to contact them are in your tenancy sign-up pack.

Paying your rent

You are responsible for paying your rent.  If you have applied for housing benefit, you are responsible for chasing up your claim with the Housing Benefit office.  

If you are experiencing difficulty in paying your rent you should contact our Housing Team urgently to discuss your situation.  If you do not contact us and your rent remains unpaid your tenancy will be at risk.

Ending your tenancy

Please ensure that you give us at least four weeks notice in writing if you wish to end your tenancy.  You will be responsible for the rent until we receive all of the keys.
