We'll arrange the teams, and will provide a suggested training plan for the winter. Aspire organises three team training days in Dover, where you can prepare for your challenge and bond with your team. What we expect from you Attend our Assessment Day at which we select our swimmers, ensuring that everyone has a real chance of success. Attend our three team training days in Dover (held in May, June and July) Complete the necessary CS&PF registration forms and obtain a medical from your GP by the required deadlines. Commit fully to training throughout the winter and in the lead up to the swim. Be available to swim with your team when conditions are right.
