As the dust is starting to settle, after the impact of COVID-19, we are slowly seeing our activities return to normal.  We have secured grant funding that has allowed us to re-instate our Housing Advice service and increase our work within Patient Education support throughout the specialist spinal cord injury centres.  Our InstructAbility programme has now moved into its next phase with the launching of the Employability Leisure guides to help achieve a more inclusive and accessible fitness and leisure industry.  And our fundraising activity is settling back into our normal calendar of events.

Our current three-year strategic plan is aimed at strengthening and stabilising our financial position and rebuilding our capability to grow our services.  Demand for our services has never been higher, so we will be working hard to ensure we can do everything possible to meet this demand.  We have already achieved many of our objectives for the first year of our strategy and we now look to a year of stability ahead with additional plans being put in place to strengthen and grow in the third year of our plan.  We have also adapted to new hybrid working arrangements and the necessary structures to support our staff throughout the UK.
