Swim the Night 2024

Swim the Night is back for 2024 and better than ever, with a 12 hour and BRAND NEW 24 hour swim, in two amazing lidos! Take on a new challenge this year and swim 1km or 1 mile on the hour, every hour for either 12 hours, or sign up to the ultimate 24 hour challenge.

Swim the Night 12 & 24: Hillingdon Lido

- 22nd to 23rd June

Join us for an unmissable swimming experience! Take on the ultimate lido night swim - 1km or 1 mile per hour, on the hour through the night and see in the sunrise on one of the longest days of the year. 

Enter as an individual or a team of 2 and swim the challenge your way, alternating hourly, or splitting your 1km or 1 mile swim shifts in blocks 7am-7am, or 7pm-7am.

Swim the Night 12: Hampton Heated Open Air Pool

- 5th to 6th October

We're back for another year at the beautiful Hampton Heated Open Air Pool with a 12 hour Night Swim! Enter as an individual or a team of 2 and swim the challenge from 7pm-7am.

As the official charity partner, if you sign up for an Aspire place and raise a minimum of £250, registration is half price, including 24 hour places! Places are limited, so don't miss out!
