Workout Classes
Leve1 = Beginner
Level 2 = Intermediate
Level 3 = Advanced

Aerobic = Aerobic - Cardio
These classes are designed to burn fat, strengthen your heart and increase your fitness level.

Strength = Strength - Toning & Core
These classes tone your body, increase your functional strength and enable you to burn more fat when you work aerobically.

Peaceful = Peaceful - Stretch / Tranquillity
These classes focus on the well being spirit and mind as well as increasing your flexibility.
