The applicant or their representative will need to complete the application form and means test either online or by emailing the downloadable forms to [email protected], with help from Aspire's Grants Officer if required. 

A free Money Matters check is also required as part of the application. 

The applicant will then be contacted by Aspire's Grants Officer to discuss their application, and will be required to provide supporting information from a clinician and a quotation from the wheelchair/power add on provider. Please do check with the supplier if they have any reconditioned or ex demo equipment that would be suitable, or if they apply discounts to quotes that will be paid through charity funding..
