Temporary Adapted Living Solutions provides temporary wet room, bedroom and other living solutions that enable downstairs living, which allows people to return home from hospital or care whilst a long-term solution is found.

Their temporary extensions can be built internally or externally to a property and include temporary accessible wet rooms and bedrooms, temporary carers welfare units and temporary rehabilitation gymnasiums. Their modular design doesn’t require crane access, planning permission or fixings to the property and can be installed within one day.

Georgia Woodward, Key Account & Business Development Manager at Temporary Adapted Living Solutions, says “We understand the importance of returning to a safe and familiar environment after injury and being surrounded by friends, family and home comforts, however this isn’t always possible as homes can often be inaccessible, unsuitable and unsafe.  We are excited to be partnering with Aspire as through their Housing Advice service they support people with spinal cord injuries who are unable to return to their homes when they are discharged from hospital and those who may need to adapt their properties.”

Brian Carlin, CEO of Aspire, says: “We are delighted to be partnering with Temporary Adapted Living Solutions.  Our Housing Advice service is there to help anyone with a spinal cord injury with questions they may have about adaptations, moving out of inaccessible accommodation and dealing with Local Authorities. Partnering with Temporary Adapted Living Solutions means that we will both be able to support more people living with Spinal Cord Injury to move from injury to independence.”
