The first Aspire Sports Quiz, a brand new event for Aspire, was hosted by The Hideaway@Discovery in Bristol on Thursday 2nd July 2026.  The quiz had a sporting theme with rounds including Sport in Geography, Sport on Screen and Sport Trivia and a tricky Answer Smash!  Guests enjoyed welcome drinks and a tasty chilli at half time.

Massive thanks to Simon Hunt for not only sponsoring the event but also being our quiz master alongside Russell Earnshaw.  Simon played rugby for England 7s, whilst Russell coached England 7s and both shared insights into their time in professional rugby which the teams enjoyed hearing about.

BDO's Bristol Business Restructuring team were delighted to attend (and win!) Aspire's Sports Quiz in Bristol. Aspire is a wonderful charity that provides absolutely vital support across the UK for those with spinal injuries. BDO are proud to be partnering with Aspire to help organise the next Sports Quiz in Bristol and look forward to defending our title!
