Last week Best Companies revealed their latest League Tables and we are delighted to announce that Aspire has been given a 2 star accreditation and ranked at number 14 in the charity list of Best Organisations to Work For, as well as number 25 in the Best Mid-Sized Companies to work for in London.

A 2 Star accreditation is the second highest standard of workplace engagement and represents organisations striving for the top. 

In the survey 86% of staff said they were happy with their balance between work and home life, 67% said they felt they received fair pay for their role and 77% said their job is good for their personal growth.
